RETURN POLICY

At Air Ave. we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied we are here to help.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund. Returns are completely free — we cover the return shipping cost.

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To start a return please fill out our contact form with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1-2 business days.

Once we receive your returned item we will inspect it and notify you of your refund status. If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Items that are damaged, used, or returned after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.
